MYP 4 – Biology Clay Modeling
While doing a clay modeling activity, the MYP 4 class gained a better understanding of the process of mitosis and meiosis and how both of them work as cell division methods. We really enjoyed this activity. It helped us understand the process of mitosis and meiosis better as we could see the differences in a few of the phases between the procedures and made us more knowledgeable about the topic. It was also something fun to do because it was the first time we had done an arts activity in any class online since the seventh grade. For those of us who didn’t have clay we drew a diagram of the process.
