I have always been passionate about Technology and Teaching.One of the aspects that truly excites me about teaching IB Math is the opportunity to connect it to real-life scenarios. By bridging the gap between theoretical concepts and practical applications, I strive to empower my students to see the relevance of Mathematics in their everyday lives. This approach not only aids them in their internal assessments but also enriches their understanding for extended essays in Math. I teach Biology and ESS at IBDP and MYP. I have a doctorate in Zoology. I am passionately involved in wildlife photography, Conservation activities and wildlife rescue. I have 14 years of teaching and 10 years in the field of international curriculum viz. IBDP and Cambridge international. I have worked with the subjects of Biology, ESS, EVM and TOK. I like teaching because I believe that the teaching is an effective interaction of a student and a teacher for developing self-learning consequential skills like reflective and critical thinking.
I am an IB MYP and DP Physics facilitator and CAS coordinator. I am a passionate educator who believes in experiential learning and providing a friendly learning environment to the students.
I teach French to MYP and DP. Learning a language is always enriching as it opens the door to new cultures, customs, mindset and history. My strength is my motivation to keep learning new things and upgrading myself, be it professionally or personally. I make my students feel comfortable and happy in my class. When I enter my classroom, my motive is not just to teach but also to learn something from my students. I feel every life has a story to tell. I like to travel and explore the culture & cuisine of different countries. Traveling, good food and good company is my definition of happy times.

I feel fortunate to be amidst hundreds of young bubbling lives, touching their hearts and minds. 17 years of untarnished memories throughout my beautiful journey of teaching have left imprints in my heart and it only becomes deeper as my journey in the field of education continues. I am a passionate facilitator with a goal of achieving the best possible progress with all my students. I facilitate learning in Science for MYP. Teaching has not only given me a sense of fulfillment but also a way of connecting and sharing ideas with young minds. Reading, listening to music and traveling are some of the things that make me happy. It gives me great joy to see learners think and express themselves. My belief is rooted in the philosophy of Dr. J. Krishnamurti, “Education is not about molding students into a particular pattern, but rather helping them unfold their own potential and discover their unique talents.”
I am a Middle Years Programme facilitator for I&S and English language and literature. I am a homeroom teacher and also coordinate Service Activities for MYP. As an educationist I believe not in teaching but in educating. I am a lifelong learner whose mantra is learn, unlearn and relearn. I am a team player, and my forte is creativity. The oxymoron my colleagues use to describe me is ‘painfully punctual’. I am an ardent believer of Walt Disney’s motto “Dream, believe, dare and do” I hope to ignite young minds wherein they emerge as compassionate global citizens and celebrate diversity!
I teach Spanish and I believe a good teacher is someone who guides their students to learn holistically with critical thinking, curiosity and to develop a sense of responsibility and compassion towards others and the world we live in.
